Frequently asked questions
Why do we have to play Friday games?
Typically with 48-50 teams and only 4 pools we have to have early qualifying games on Friday. The alternative is playing 3 games on Saturday or playing late into the evening on Saturday... think 10pm and also having games go very late on Sunday.
What time are the last games on Sunday?
Typically last games on Sunday will end around 3pm - 6pm depending on number of teams entered and pool time available from the facility. We do our best to try and end games early enough to take flights home, or to allow for travel.
Can we request no Friday games?
Yes! But there is no guarantee that is a possibility. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, If you absolutely need to not have Friday games, plan on playing either 3 games on Saturday, or having late games on Sunday.
How are the Brackets organized?
The Brackets are organized by competition level and age.
Elite Open - Highest Competition
Gentry Open - Lower Competition
Masters - Age requirement.
Competition level is chosen by each team and their desire to compete. We can assess your team based on previous competitions played.
Can International teams play?
Yes! International teams are welcome! There are several ways to sign up . Fill out the International liability waiver and follow the protocol to be compliant for USAWP Sanction. INTERNATIONAL WAIVER
